DIY: Tie dye espiral

Estos días estoy acumulando mucho material para las entradas así que voy a intentar subir dos por semena ;)

These days I have a lot of material for new entrys so I¡m going to try to do two per week ;)

Cierta persona me pidió hace tiempo que le hiciera una camiseta de nudos, de esas tan hippies, y no he podido hacerla hasta ahora...

A person that I know asked me months ago to make her a tie dye shirt, but I couldn't do it until now...

 Este es el resultado final. Para hacerlo vais a necesitar una camiseta blanca y tinte para ropa.

This is the final result. You are going to need a white shirt and fabris dye.

Si la camiseta es nueva lo primero que hay que hacer es lavarla.

If the shirt is new, first you have to wash it.

Para hacer el diseño en espiral hay que empezar a doblar la camiseta desde el centro, girándola. Podeis ayudaros, como yo, de un palo poniéndolo en el centro y girándolo.

For the spiral desing you have to start folding the shirt in the centre. You can do it easier if  take a stick, put it in the middle of the shirt and spin it.

Cuando la camiseta esta completamente doblada asegúrala con unas cuantas gomas.

When the shirt is completely folded secure it with some rubber bands.

Ahora hay que teñir la camiseta por los dos lados. yo estoy usando una jeringuilla para echar el tinte.

Now you hace to dye the shirt for the both sides.

Déjala en reposo el tiempo que indique el tinte, lávala y ponla a secar.

Let it rest the time the dye says, wash it and let it dry.

¡Y eso es todo! La verdad es que es algo mas trabajoso de hacer de lo que parece aquí. aseguraos de usar guantes para manejar el tinte porque a mi me costo bastante quitar el tinte rojo de mis manos XD

And that's all! actually it's a bit harder to do than what it looks here. Make sure you use gloves because the dye is hard to remove from your hands!
